Job Description About the Role Thoucentric is building cutting‑edge, AI‑driven enterprise platforms that help global organizations make better, faster decisions. As an Engagement Principal (EP) , you will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into functional solutions and support successful delivery of enterprise software implementations. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, supply chain domain knowledge, and project delivery , making it ideal for professionals who enjoy working with customers and turning requirements into real outcomes. What You'll Do Understand customer business requirements and solution ideas Map current (As‑Is) processes and define future‑state (To‑Be) processes Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and design documents Support Solution Architects with functional and technical specifications Identify test scenarios and help with test case documentation Work closely with delivery teams to test and troubleshoot solutions Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases Prepare and deliver customer training sessions Assist in day‑to‑day project management and tracking deliverables Create project documentation and status updates Conduct meetings and presentations with customers and internal stakeholders Escalate risks and issues when required Requirements What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience as a Project/Program Management or similar role Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and delivery Background in Supply Chain Management projects Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP SD/MM/PP, Oracle), BI, or supply chain planning/execution tools Exposure to cloud / SaaS solutions Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields Skills That Will Help You Succeed Strong communication and documentation skills Confidence working directly with customers Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Good understanding of enterprise IT implementations Willingness to travel within the region as needed Why Consider This Role Work closely with global enterprise clients Gain exposure to AI‑enabled decision platforms Build strong customer‑facing and consulting skills Collaborate with experienced solution architects and delivery teams Be part of a high‑growth, innovation‑focused environment Required Skills test case documentation troubleshooting +11 Practice Name Supply Chain Planning Date Opened 04/09/2026 Work Mode Work From Home Job Type Full time Industry Consulting Zip/Postal Code 77418 City Bellville Country United States State/Province Texas
