As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, experienced Logistics Manager to help us build the operational backbone that keeps everything running smoothly.
The Opportunity:
This is a high-impact role at the center of our supply chain. You'll own our end-to-end logistics — from coordinating with overseas factories and international carriers to managing our 3PL relationships and domestic distribution. You'll also lead a team and have a real seat at the table when it comes to shaping how we operate. If you're the kind of person who gets genuinely excited about optimizing a freight process, untangling a customs delay, or finding $50K in annual shipping savings — we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Own all inbound and outbound shipments — ocean and domestic ground Work directly with our overseas factories and international freight carriers to keep production-to-warehouse timelines on track Manage our 3PL partnership to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment and distribution Review and ensure accuracy of all purchase orders, BOLs, commercial invoices, and customs documentation Develop and execute a logistics strategy that supports our growth Identify and implement process improvements that drive cost savings and efficiency Manage transportation and distribution budgets Lead and develop the logistics team Resolve shipping issues quickly and communicate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and procurement What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight management Proven experience managing overseas vendor relationships and import logistics Hands-on experience working with a 3PL Solid knowledge of shipping documentation and import/export compliance Familiarity with logistics software, ERP, or TMS platforms A natural problem-solver who stays calm when things get complicated Strong communicator — comfortable managing vendor relationships and internal teams Background in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce is a big plus Why Join Us Be part of a growing, creative brand with real momentum High ownership role — you'll actually shape how logistics works here Collaborative team that values your expertise Competitive salary + benefits Remote/hybrid option, PTO, health benefits Sand + Fog is an equal opportunity employer.
