Overview:
We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Manager of Catalog Production/Inventory Control who will manage the activities of the Merchandising Assistants for the 16 PGI brands for catalog creative -production, measuring space, keying offers, and reviewing Lazers. Independently manage obsolete inventory for 9 brands through sales promotions, pricing, reporting and outside liquidation to achieve the highest cost recovery rate possible. Liaison between merchandising department and eCommerce to manage and coordinate web activities and daily communication with regards to catalog production. Liaison to customer service for all catalog inaccuracies. Manage the drop ship coordinator and establish best in class procedures and guidelines. Coordinator with eCommerce, Marketing, and Creative departments implementing new procedures/processes with regards to the merchandising department and production.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate the training of new Merchandising Assistants. Manage activities of Merchandising Assistants for catalog creative. Maintain all database functions for current sixteen titles with regards to sale emails, and pages. Create sale page promotions for nine titles including selection, pricing, and creative process. Manage tracking and reporting for nine titles sales pages, and emails. Work with Buyers canceling nine titles and maintaining status updates in database. Oversee special online sale promotion functions: Final Sale, Items of the Week, cross selling holiday selections. Manage communication between eCommerce and merchandising department: implementing new procedures, solving any production issues, and correcting all database errors. Create season production schedule for eCommerce and Merchandising for sixteen titles Maintain all update functions to the
SAGEFINDS
platform. Assist Merchandising department on all catalog production related issues and procedures. Be liaison with customer service on all issues. Manage the drop ship coordinator. Coordinate with warehouse/Director of Inventory Control on all aspects of liquidation process for eight (8) titles. Communicate merchandising staff changes to eCommerce and Creative department. Maintain WEBOnly guide.
Qualification Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 4+ years in retail merchandising, catalog production, or inventory control. Leadership and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field. Benefits/Perks!
