Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Director of Distribution to lead and scale our distribution operations in a fast-growing CPG environment. This role will own end-to-end fulfillment across direct-to-consumer (DTC), retail, and third-party logistics (3PL) networks. This leader will be responsible for building scalable processes, optimizing systems (WMS/ERP/NetSuite), and driving operational excellence across both in-house and outsourced distribution channels. Key Responsibilities Distribution and Fulfillment Operations Lead high-volume DTC fulfillment operations, ensuring best-in-class performance in speed, accuracy, and cost Oversee retail and wholesale distribution, ensuring compliance with routing guides, EDI, labeling, and partner requirements Develop scalable processes to support rapid growth and seasonal demand variability 3PL Strategy and Management Foster strong relationships and process improvement with all third-party logistics (3PL) partners Establish and maintain SLAs, KPIs, and performance scorecards Support continuous improvement initiatives to Improve throughput, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience Process Improvement and Operational Excellence Implement continuous improvement initiatives Track KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, cost per order, and inventory accuracy Systems and Technology (WMS / ERP / NetSuite) Partner cross-functionally on system and process improvements Ensure integration and data accuracy across systems Retail Partner Management Support operational relationships with key retail partners Ensure compliance with vendor requirements and scorecards Kitting & Light Production Oversee kitting, bundling, and light assembly operations Align production schedules with demand forecasts Leadership and Culture Build and lead high-performing teams Drive accountability and operational discipline Qualifications 7+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience managing direct-to-consumer (DTC), retail, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations. Strong operational, analytical, and team leadership skills with a track record of driving scalable growth. Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems; NetSuite and WMS expertise preferred. Physical Requirements This role involves a combination of warehouse and administrative tasks and requires the ability to frequently lift, carry, or move items up to 50 pounds. Employees should be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods and perform tasks that may include repetitive movements or computer-based work as needed. Compensation & Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $170,000-190,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
