Senior Director, Value Analysis Dartmouth Health | Hybrid Role | Lebanon, NH Dartmouth Health is seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to serve as Senior Director of Value Analysis, guiding enterprise-wide initiatives that improve healthcare quality, optimize resources, and drive meaningful financial performance across New Hampshire's largest academic health system. What You'll Do Provide strategic leadership for Dartmouth Health's Value Analysis Program and associated governance processes. Drive evidence-based evaluation and selection of products, equipment, technologies, and services. Lead initiatives focused on standardization, utilization optimization, waste reduction, and operational efficiency. Partner with finance leaders to identify, validate, and achieve measurable savings opportunities. Develop and implement data-driven strategies that reduce variation and improve value across the health system. Build strong partnerships with physicians, nursing leaders, operational stakeholders, and suppliers. Monitor performance metrics and outcomes to ensure initiatives achieve intended clinical, operational, and financial results. Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, facilitate consensus-building, and guide organizational decision-making. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA or related field) preferred. Seven or more years of experience in healthcare value analysis, supply chain, materials management, healthcare operations, or program leadership. Strong knowledge of healthcare purchasing, supplier management, contracting, GPO relationships, and value analysis methodologies. Ability to evaluate clinical, operational, and financial data to support strategic decision-making. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive-level stakeholders. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and change management skills.
