Ensure alignment across demand, supply, finance, and product. Drive executive decision-making through accurate forecasts, cross-functional insights, and scenario planning. Own and lead end-to-end global IBP process (Portfolio, Demand, Supply, IR, MBR). Facilitate Integrated Reconciliation (IR) and Management Business Review (MBR). Drive inventory optimization aligned with service levels and cost targets. Ensure alignment across Product, Supply Chain, and Finance on forecasts and plans. Identify gaps/risks; lead cross-functional resolution with actionable recommendations. Deliver executive-level reporting, insights, and decision support. Manage IBP governance (KPIs, calendar, documentation). Lead continuous improvement, tools enhancement, and global adoption of IBP.

Qualifications:

Deep IBP / S&OP and inventory management expertise. Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence. Analytical and scenario planning capability. Project management and change leadership. Financial acumen (revenue, margin, cost drivers). Bachelor's in Supply Chain / Operations / Engineering (MBA preferred). 3+ years in IBP, S&OP, demand or supply planning.
