The Senior Services Manager provides product end to end supply chain expertise and organizational leadership for a strategic business unit to help achieve the SBU's business objectives. The Supply Chain Senior Services Manager is accountable for developing supply chain resources to effectively deliver prioritized supply chain change efforts within a cross functional, high performance team environment. Leads cross-functional teams (i.e., Marketing, Sales, Engineering, R D, Human insights, Finance, Supply Chain and others as needed). Leads projects from initiation (charter) through SOS. Champion of the FLIGHT Stage gate process, sensing and responding to changes and driving the project path to the highest value for the business. Pushes leadership teams to make key decisions timely. In this role, you will:Manage and Coordinate:
Hire, train and develop new Associate Project Managers , Project Managers and Sr Project Managers . Provides direct management support to optimize capacity and flexibility in delivery of business requirements. Allocate resourcing for project work. Demonstrates Success@CLX behaviors within Supply Chain Services to ensure strong functional continuity across projects/efforts. Travel and Expenses administrative management.Portfolio Leadership:
Work with Studio neighborhoods, block teams, supply chain services leader and other SBU teams to develop, maintain, and implement a portfolio of initiatives to support innovation, cost savings (MTO), supply assurance, and other initiatives to deliver key business performance.Ways of Working:
Advances services functional capability through shared learning (creation and/or delivery) in collaboration with the Project Management Community Of Practice (COP). Collaborates with business team members to develop self and direct reports from functional Supply Chain experts into business partners within the team. Designs and broadly implements best practice processes to ensure effective and efficient use of Supply Chain resources. Acts as a role model to ensure effective team dynamics in order to deliver business priorities and determine /engage required resources.Project Leadership:
Drive top-line, margin, and/or share growth by leading market disruptive/category establishing/high complexity projects, as assigned. Supports Pre-Discovery work to charter conviction. Manage budget through SWP accounts for projects.What we look for:
8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience spanning more than one discipline (including Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics) with increasing responsibility and a demonstrated track record of success. 3+ years of people management experience. 5+ years' experience with desktop & ERP applications. B.S. degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related technical degree, Business MBA (preferred) Experience with production/inventory control systems. Operations planning experience. Project management experience. Experience with demand creation functions (i.e. interface with external customers, Marketing, Sales and R D). Working knowledge of one or more Clorox SBU's business fundamentals Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position Proven people management and team leadership experience. Must have excellent leadership presence and communication skills to simplify and communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms to all stakeholders as well as able to inspire trust and quickly build credibility within the company. Proven ability to lead teams toward achieving business objectives, along with the ability to encourage teamwork and foster career development Strong Supply Chain and project leadership skills and ability to effectively influence Strong communication, written and verbal skills Accountability, with a strong desire to commit, be held accountable and be rewarded for delivering results Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.Zone A:
$128,000- $252,200
Zone B:
$117,400- $231,200
Zone C:
$106,700- $210,200 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
