Small Business Manager - Logistics & Operations Package Pro Express Delivery, Inc. is seeking a motivated, organized, and hands-on Small Business Manager to oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of our company. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple responsibilities at once, and has experience in logistics, vehicle coordination, customer relations, and business development. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily logistics and delivery operations Oversee vehicle scheduling, maintenance tracking, and fleet organization Communicate with drivers, vendors, and customers professionally Assist with sales, customer growth, and account management Manage dispatching, routing, and operational problem-solving Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and workflow coordination Monitor efficiency, expenses, and operational performance Support hiring, training, and team coordination as needed Maintain strong customer service and professional communication Qualifications Experience in logistics, transportation, delivery, or operations management preferred Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet coordination Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-moving environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Sales or business development experience is a plus Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software Ability to work independently and take initiative What We're Looking For We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented leader who can wear multiple hats and help manage the day-to-day operations of a growing small business.
