Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview This role provides senior leadership for supply chain technology, planning, and logistics capabilities supporting DePuy Synthes' global operations. The Sr. Director will define and execute technology strategy across planning, logistics, and supply chain execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient digital solutions. This role has a significant impact on service levels, inventory performance, cost efficiency, and operational agility, and partners closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial teams to enable business outcomes through technology. Key Responsibilities Set and execute the end‑to‑end supply chain technology strategy, aligning planning, logistics, and execution platforms with business priorities. Lead global teams responsible for supply chain planning systems, logistics technology, and related IT platforms, including vendor and partner management. Partner with Supply Chain and Operations leaders to translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and secure technology solutions. Drive modernization and continuous improvement of planning, logistics, and data capabilities to improve service, inventory, and cost performance. Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize supply chain platforms, improving demand forecasting, planning accuracy, and end‑to‑end decision-making while driving efficient and resilient supply chain operations at scale. Ensure technology solutions meet regulatory, quality, cybersecurity, and data integrity requirements across global operations. Govern solution architecture, roadmaps, and investment priorities to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and long‑term strategy. Lead and develop high‑performing, diverse teams, fostering strong talent pipelines and a culture of accountability and collaboration. Manage budgets, vendor performance, and delivery commitments for supply chain technology initiatives. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferredExperience and Skills Required:
12-14 years of experience in IT or digital technology roles supporting supply chain, planning, or logistics within a global organization Strong understanding of supply chain planning, logistics, and execution processes Experience managing global teams, budgets, and strategic vendors Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence outcomes Strong change leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred:
Experience supporting medical device, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments Exposure to global ERP, planning, and logistics platforms and large‑scale transformations Experience operating in a matrixed, global organization Background in data, analytics, or digital enablement for supply chain decision‑making Proven experience leading large, complex technology portfolios and cross‑functional programsOther:

Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation- 120 hours Sick time

- 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington
- 56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays
