Job Description

The purpose of the Supply Chain Operations Rotational (SCOR) Program is to develop future Supply Chain leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to critical functions within the Supply Chain ecosystem. The responsibilities of the SCOR Analyst are to support strategic projects, drive process improvements, and gain hands-on experience to develop expertise in Supply Chain Operations. As part of SCOR-3, the candidate will complete three (3) one-year rotations in each functional area. Functional areas include Planning, Operational Analytics, Lean Transformation, Shared Services, and Asset Management. Upon SCOR-3 program completion, a joint decision will be made by the SCOR analyst and the SCOR leadership team to place the candidate in a permanent role or to begin the SCOR-5 program, in which the candidate will complete and additional two-year rotation in a focus area. This professional will work 100% remote and must be located in the US.
