Cooler Manager Floral Distributor Carbone Floral Distributor Cranston, RI Job Details Full-time $16 - $100 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Career development plan Opportunities for advancement Retirement plan Qualifications Teamwork Merchandising Account development Business development Prospecting Full Job Description We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cooler Manager to oversee cooler inventory operations and ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels within the cooler. Receive, Inspect, Display and properly organize incoming products. Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor product rotation and ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized cooler environment. Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to maintain appropriate stock levels. Track, document, and report inventory shortages, damages, and product spoilage. Cooler Manager Support loading, unloading, and stocking activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or cooler management preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods. Basic computer proficiency and experience using inventory management systems. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
