Position Summary The Manager - Supply Chain Planning is responsible for maintaining and growing strategic wholesaler relationships while driving operational excellence across chargebacks, growth initiatives, returns management, and new process development. This role partners closely with key wholesalers to create forecasts, oversee item setup, coordinate product launches, and optimize stocking strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with major wholesalers to support product distribution and performance Oversee item setup, product launches, stocking strategy, and demand forecasting across partners Coordinate chargeback processing and invoicing in partnership with wholesalers and internal SAP/IT teams Analyze data, track KPIs, and lead QBRs to identify and execute growth opportunities Lead return goods management, including returns analysis and expired product coordination Support recall execution and product defect resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams Develop, document, and improve SOPs and operational workflows Ensure strong communication and alignment with key external partners Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in related roles 2+ years of experience in vendor facing roles Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across functions. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, quickly clarify needs, and move work forward with sound judgment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical trade, or supply chain. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
