Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Logistic Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations during the 2nd shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the logistics team during the 2nd shift Ensure that all shipments are processed and delivered on time Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to replenish stock as needed Train and mentor team members to ensure they are performing at their best Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of inventory management systems High school diploma or equivalent
