About the Position The Inventory Manager 3 is responsible for leading inventory control, warehouse operations, and workforce planning initiatives to ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, operational leadership, and a proactive mindset to optimize inventory systems, streamline processes, and support cross-functional teams. How You'll Make a Difference Manage inventory and deliveries using KOJO Process purchase orders and maintain accurate bin locations Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, stocking, organizing) Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy Coordinate material and tool pick-up/delivery Partner with Operations Manager on workforce planning, budgeting, and reporting Track metrics and improve operational performance Identify issues, implement solutions, and drive process improvements Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and field operations Model core values and a culture of accountability Smarts, Skills. And Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 51 pounds multiple times per day. Constantly moving about on the feet. Completing a full day's assignments involving one or more of the following: bending, squatting, stooping, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, reaching over head, and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers. Operating two handed tools/equipment such as cable cutters etc. Transitioning from employee parking area or street into construction work areas and to access all levels of the building, even if the only means of access is by O.S.H.A. approved site construction ladder or stairs still under construction, but acceptable for use. Always wearing all personal protective equipment as required by the specific task, eye and face protection, steel toe leather work boots, hand protection, head protection, respirator, arc flash protection, etc. Capable of carrying and relocating up to a 12' step ladder by oneself. Operating company vehicles with manual or automatic transmission. Working a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required. Personal weight including tool pouch, tools, nail bags, and tool belt must not exceed 300 lbs, weight limit of a class 1A ladder. Possession of good hearing, normal or corrected. Possession of good vision, normal or corrected. Education High School Diploma or GED Experience 1-3 years in an inventory control or similar role. Candidates with less experience will be considered with willingness to learn the role.
