Full-Time Join Our Team Secret City CDJR is seeking an experienced and results-driven Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive parts operations, inventory management, profitability, and team leadership. CDJR experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Manage all daily operations of the Parts Department. Maintain proper inventory levels and control obsolescence. Maximize parts gross profit and departmental performance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Work closely with Service and Sales departments to ensure parts availability. Monitor key performance indicators including inventory turns, fill rates, and gross profit. Recruit, train, coach, and develop parts department personnel. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies. Oversee parts ordering, receiving, stocking, and returns processes. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of automotive parts management experience. Previous CDJR/Stellantis dealership experience preferred. Strong understanding of inventory control and forecasting. Proven leadership and team-building skills. Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.
