Description:
You will be the GSC Resiliency Staff for the GSC Resiliency Team. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing a robust and resilient supply chain to support the program's success, including supplier capacity ramps and strategic sourcing activities, as well as cross‑program production acceleration efforts. What You Will Be Doing As the GSC Resiliency Staff you will be responsible for ensuring supply chain resilience and driving uniform strategies across the business. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Design and execute resilient supply chain strategies for the PAC‑3 Program and MFC‑wide initiatives. Manage supplier capacity ramps and strategic sourcing to meet production demands. Coordinate cross‑program production acceleration efforts. Implement uniform processes and best practices across multiple programs. Monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics. Basic Qualifications:
Strong leadership and project management skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams Experience with supply chain management, including capacity planning and risk management Ability to develop and execute strategic plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
Experience with international sourcing and 2nd source development Knowledge of supplier issue resolution, NOCs, Supplier tooling/equipment validations, and strategic sourcing Familiarity with capacity modeling and SOR management Familiarity with Subcontract Management Team (SMT) organization and business rhythms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic Engineering principals and background

Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
