This full-time onsite opportunity is based in Dallas, Texas and requires approximately 50% travel.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Supply Chain Director will provide strategic leadership across purchasing, inventory management, production control, warehousing, shipping, and receiving operations within a manufacturing environment. This role will oversee supply chain performance, optimize processes, and strengthen vendor partnerships while leading cross-functional initiatives that support organizational growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with experience managing complex supply networks and driving operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee production planning, purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving functions Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, cost performance, and service delivery Build and manage relationships with domestic and global suppliers, including contract negotiation and implementation Establish and utilize metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering collaboration across departments Manage multiple projects and operational priorities to support organizational objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred Experience leading supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment, including purchasing, inventory, and production functions Demonstrated success managing supplier relationships, contracts, and global sourcing initiatives Strong leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and supply chain certifications are preferred
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
