About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor - Last Mile Delivery to lead daily logistics and warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for a proven leader with a background in last mile delivery, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), and warehouse operations who can drive performance, improve efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer service. As Operations Supervisor, you will oversee delivery operations, fleet coordination, and service provider performance , ensuring on-time deliveries and operational excellence from warehouse to final mile. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage last mile delivery operations , including routing, dispatch, and load-out processes Ensure accurate and efficient vehicle loading and delivery execution for retail home products Manage carrier and independent contractor performance , ensuring compliance with company standards and TSA/CBP regulations Track and improve KPIs such as on-time delivery, delivery success rate, cost per delivery, and customer satisfaction Develop and execute labor planning strategies across multiple warehouse locations Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics, warehouse operations, and delivery performance Partner with Customer Service, Account Management, HR, and Safety teams to resolve operational challenges Oversee warehouse operations , including facility maintenance and inventory of supplies Lead team development , including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management Analyze operational and financial reports to meet or exceed business goals Manage and standardize processes for: Cargo and property claims Delivery discrepancies and damage reporting Service requests and issue resolution Ensure proper documentation and chargebacks for damages, shortages, and carrier-related claim Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in logistics, last mile delivery, or 3PL operations management Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or delivery operations environment Strong knowledge of fleet operations, routing, and carrier management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Experience managing KPIs and performance metrics in logistics operations Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field Experience in a high-growth or startup logistics environment Familiarity with last mile delivery software, TMS, or WMS systems
