This position will be in our Fort Worth, Texas facility just South of DFW Airport in the CentrePort Business Park. Platinum Press is a pharmaceutical packaging and print manufacturer specializing in inserts, cartons, labels, and expanded content labels (ECL). The company operates offset, flexographic, and digital print platforms with a sustained commitment to quality, throughput, and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Supervise a team of 10-15 staff members.
• Review and approve time & attendance for staff.
• Provide positive feedback for staff and training as needed.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to delegate and prioritize work.
• Ability to follow GMPs in compliance with all food safety requirements.
• Strong math skills and knowledge of computers software programs.
• Administer and enforce all plant safety and compliance rules to staff.
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend and walk throughout entire shift.
• Work cooperatively in a team environment with all levels of professional staff.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities/Duties:

General Inventory knowledge and skills. Plan, monitor and execute staff schedules and adjust as needed for operational demands. Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment. Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; possess solid judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and set priorities. Identify and ensure staff concerns are resolved, using strong judgment or consulting with management when needed. Administer corrective action to employees in conjunction with Platinum Press standard Policies and Procedures.

• Movement of material around the plant.
• Moving recyclables to designated areas.
• Loading / unloading trailers.
• Pulling and replacing stock for production.
• General forklift operation with proficiency in reach lifts, sit-down lifts (propane and electric) and clamp truck.
• Computer Experience - Microsoft Office - outlook, excel and word.

Accurately conduct cycle counts. Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment. Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; possess solid judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Education and Qualifications:

• 3 years plus experience in an Inventory Control Supervisor position.

Ability to work well both independently and within a team. Exceptional attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and report issues. Capability of communicating and working effectively with multiple personalities and communication styles. Able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Great work environment with full benefits after 30 days including Medical, Dental, Vision & Life.
