Our transportation division specializes in driveaway services—moving vehicles dealer-to-dealer using professional drivers. We are growing quickly and looking for a strong Logistics Manager to lead daily operations and scale our systems. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Logistics Manager to oversee driver coordination, route planning, dispatch operations, and overall logistics performance. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, on-time vehicle deliveries while maintaining strong communication with drivers and clients. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations Coordinate and schedule drivers for vehicle deliveries Optimize routes and delivery timelines across the DFW region and beyond Monitor driver performance, availability, and compliance Communicate with dealerships, clients, and internal teams Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues quickly Track deliveries, delays, and performance metrics Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training drivers (1099 & W-2) Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency and scalability Qualifications 2+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation management Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment Experience working with drivers and scheduling systems Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficient with basic software (Excel, dispatch/logistics platforms) Knowledge of the DFW area is a strong plus Experience in vehicle transportation or driveaway is a bonus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities within a multi-division company Flexible, fast-paced work environment Why Join Us Direct impact on operations and growth Opportunity to build and improve systems from the ground up Work with a growing company expanding across multiple industries
