Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and distribute medical supplies and equipment throughout hospital departments in a timely manner Maintain inventory accuracy by stocking, organizing, and monitoring healthcare materials and supplies Prepare and deliver patient care items, surgical supplies, and departmental requests to clinical staff Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards, infection control procedures, and healthcare regulations Assist with receiving shipments, verifying orders, and documenting inventory transactions within the Materials Management department Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff to support daily hospital operations and patient care needs Operate inventory systems and maintain accurate records of supplies, deliveries, and stock levels Support a fast-paced healthcare environment by prioritizing urgent supply requests and maintaining efficient workflow

Qualifications and Requirements:

Two (2) to Three (3) years of Materials Management/Supply Management clerk or Assistant within a healthcare/hospital setting. Must have a high school diploma or GED .
