Full Job Description Logistics Warehouse Manager Overview:
Oversees and coordinates daily warehouse activities by working under the related SOP's for receiving and shipping. Responsible for all aspects of finished products.
Responsibilities:
Manage subset of Warehouse personnel. Complete department personnel training according to SOP training schedule. Responsible for logistics, finished product, and receiving. Maintain and check inventory. Oversee duties thereof. Prepare for and ship finished product to customer. Oversee duties thereof. Supervise receipt of all shipments per applicable SOP. Prepare documentation for shipments of returned finished product. Handle and supervise all fulfillment operations. Match all labels, and quantities with the batch record formula along with the receiving documents such as Certificate of analysis, Bill of Materials etc. Tag properly all containers; be familiar with storage conditions and expiration dates for individual raw ingredients or finished products. Quarantine ingredients upon receiving; work closely with Quality Assurance Department for Correctness of information and release quarantined materials. Dispense the types and amounts of materials that are required in the batch record formula. Identify containers and vessels with the appropriate information to indicate the product being contained or processed. Reconcile quantities received and shipped; maintain records of the warehouse inventory. Must be able to load and unload raw materials batches. Must be able to drive forklift. Participate in employee suspension and termination meetings. Support Company policies, procedures, and work-rules and ensure that department employees comply with policies, standards, and work-rules. Assist with interviewing and selection process of new hires for department, ensuring that non-discriminatory laws and guidelines are followed. Counsel and discipline employees, as needed, to ensure compliance with Company policies, standards, and work rules. Set a positive example of leadership to others throughout the organization; promote a leadership style that encourages open communication, positive team-building efforts and employee morale. Performs other supervisory and managerial duties as needed/requested by senior management. Performs other duties as assigned.

Chief Operating Officer Experience:
Prior warehousing experience required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Proficient inventory management skills.
Skills:
Ability to write simple correspondence, basic mathematical skills. Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions. Ability and willingness to work late or during weekends, as needed or required. Ability to maintain a positive, professional, cooperative demeanor, conduct, and working relationship with peers, management, employees, and other individuals that interact with this position. Ability to comply, interpret and support Company policies, procedures, work rules, and protocols. Ability to adapt effectively to workplace changes and new job duties/responsibilities. Ability to represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
