Traxxas is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor that will assist the Warehouse Manager in providing daily supervision and direction to Warehouse team members for all dock to stock product confirmations and movements in our climate-controlled warehouse. The standard operating schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday, 7:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm, with some overtime as business needs demand. Responsibilities Works with warehouse and logistics management team to coordinate receiving priority of all FCL and LCL shipments. Supervises receiving process. Ensures QC is processed within stated timeframe. Supervises movement or transfers of product between internal warehouse destinations. Proper labeling, verifying and staging of all products in the warehouse designated locations. Control inventory transfers/movements & coordinate with interdepartmental personnel. Reconciliations of daily inventory reports and nightly cycle counts. Experience 4 to 5 years experience in a warehouse or logistics environment 2+ years previous supervisory experience Power equipment experience Clear verbal and written communication skills Strong math aptitude Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds Ability to work overtime, particularly during busy periods High School diploma or GED This job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.
