Our growing company is looking for an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager to join our team and help drive operational excellence.

Position Overview:

Oversee all warehouse operations and outbound logistics for a high-volume lighting and décor e-commerce and wholesale business. This role owns the full fulfillment lifecycle in Fulfill.io — from inbound supplier shipments to outbound customer delivery — across 1,900+ SKUs and ~9,000 shipments per year via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and marketplace-specific carrier accounts. Full time in office position. Postion will split time between 30-50% in logistics/shipping and the rest in warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sourcing of goods from international suppliers. Handle the importation process, including documentation and compliance. Plan and coordinate logistics for both importation and domestic transportation (LTL and small parcel). Oversee inventory planning and reporting to optimize stock levels. Utilize ERP systems such as Fulfill.io for supply chain management. Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Ensure systems and processes are followed with attention to detail. Manage warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfillment. Lead and manage staff to achieve operational goals. Solve problems quickly with situational awareness and proactive decision-making. Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products. Comfortable with using new AI technology. Track and manage emails effectively for communication and follow-up. Take initiative to wear multiple "hats" in a growing company environment. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude to uplift and energize the workplace.

Qualifications:

Experience (3-5+ years) in sourcing goods internationally and handling importation processes and management of staff Proficiency in import documentation and logistics planning. Strong experience with inventory management and reporting. Proficiency in ERP systems such as Fulfill.io (can teach). Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage projects and teams to successful on-time completion. Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
