This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced last-mile delivery environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily dispatch and route operations Supervise and support a team of delivery drivers Ensure safety compliance and FedEx service standards Monitor route performance, service levels, and delivery efficiency Assist with driver hiring, onboarding, and training Manage driver schedules, attendance, and performance Communicate operational updates with FedEx terminal management Resolve route issues and operational challenges quickly Qualifications Previous leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery operations Strong communication and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment Organized and dependable Preferred Experience "FedEx Ground ISP, Amazon DSP, UPS, or last-mile delivery management experience strongly preferred."
