Lead the parts department with a focus on customer service, efficiency, and profitability Manage parts inventory, ensuring a balance between turnover and availability Build a high-performing team by hiring, training, and mentoring staff Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory to maintain profit goals Develop and implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives Establish and enforce policies for special orders, inventory control, and pricing Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and service technicians Work closely with the Service and Sales Departments to enhance fixed operations synergy Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsWho You Are:
