Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to help us by leading, coordinating, and optimizing daily warehouse operations. As a Trex Logistics Supervisor, you will be looked to as an innovator in the manufacturing process and expected to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of material handling, inventory control, and order fulfillment activities while driving team performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is a key member of our Supply Chain team. RESPONSIBILITIES
Put safety first - Always! Lead and foster our "people first" culture Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, and material flow activities. Ensure inventory accuracy through proper execution of inventory transactions, cycle counts, and system alignment. Supervise and coordinate warehouse logistics technicians responsible for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Plan and manage daily staffing (full-time and temporary labor) to support operational volume and workload demands. Partner with transportation, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient flow of goods and on-time order fulfillment. Monitor and ensure compliance with all company policies, including Safety, Quality, and Human Resources standards. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes engagement, accountability, and team performance. Coach, develop, and evaluate team members through regular feedback, performance management, and development planning. Address employee relations matter promptly and professionally, including performance improvement and corrective actions as needed. Track, analyze, and manage key operational KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, labor utilization, and inventory performance. Ensure payroll accuracy and support administrative responsibilities tied to workforce management. Identify, lead, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.

EXPERIENCE
We are looking for leaders with a High School Diploma and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a production or distribution environment. An associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain or Logistics is preferred. We want to hear from you if you have previous experience as a Receiving Supervisor or Distribution Supervisor. SALARY Base Salary Range:
$82,000 - $100,000 annually. The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary. At Trex, individual base salaries are determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We are committed to maintaining pay equity and consider the internal equity of our existing team members when finalizing compensation offers.
