Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Kent, WA. This management-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented operations professional who can lead inventory processes, improve accuracy, support production and business needs, and help drive operational efficiency. This is a strong opportunity for an Inventory Manager who wants to join a collaborative environment where leadership values process improvement, accountability, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to support business demand, production schedules, and customer requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Analyze inventory data, usage trends, and reporting to forecast future needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations, production, purchasing, warehouse, and other teams to streamline inventory processes.
  • Monitor inventory movement, reconcile discrepancies, and support cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Lead inventory-related improvements that reduce waste, improve availability, and support operational performance. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $60,000 to $100,000 per year.
