Basic Qualifications
- Manage cross-functional projects to enhance operational capabilities and customer satisfaction
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes
- Work with internal Amazon teams like TESS to ensure correct configurations for new sites and lanes
- Troubleshoot TESS configuration issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical blockers
- Coordinate with ATROPs on system integration, data validation, and process improvements
- Partner with product teams to identify requirements and implement technical solutions
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact
- Coordinate with stakeholders like Fulfillment Centers, Transportation, and Product
- Other duties as assigned About the team Amazon Pharmacy (AP) Transportation Analytics Planning & Execution (TAPE) works to optimize speed, cost, and quality with a high delivery performance bar for our customers' medication shipments.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, engineering, statistics or related field
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced levelPreferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- 5+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
