Night Shift Pay:
$31.25•$40.87/hour
Schedule:
Sunday 9:45pm•4:15am, Monday to Thursday 7:15pm•4:15am Lead with purpose and make an impact every shift. As the Inventory Supervisor, you'll be a driving force behind an organized, high-performing warehousing operation—guiding your team, setting the standard for accuracy and accountability, and ensuring inventory flows seamlessly to support production goals. Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay + shift differential Best-in-class health, dental, and vision coverage (employee premiums 95% paid by company) 401(k) with company match Paid wellness days (10 per year), vacation (start at 15 per year), and holidays (10 per year) Employee appreciation events Discounts on company products Safety footwear allowance What You'll Do Plan and manage efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to support production and operational goals Develop, maintain, and analyze warehouse performance reports and KPIs Order warehouse supplies and manage warehouse invoice processing Prepare warehouse operations for internal and external audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards is maintained Train, certify, and monitor Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operators; ensure certifications remain current and compliant Promote a culture of professionalism, operational excellence, safety, and accountability while driving results for the team What Helps You Succeed 3-5 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and/or supply chain 1-2 years' experience leading a successful team Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts (course completion and/or certification preferred) Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Effective communication in the English language, both written and verbal Forklift certification is an asset Ready to join a team that values you?
