Shipping & Logistics Manager We are seeking a highly motivated Shipping & Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our fast-paced shipping and fulfillment operations. Key Responsibilities Lead daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations Manage freight scheduling, and shipment coordination Oversee warehouse workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Communicate directly with customers regarding shipment status, delays, scheduling, and delivery issues Provide professional and solution-oriented customer support related to shipping and logistics Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Monitor shipping, inventory flow, and operational performance Supervise, train, and motivate shipping/warehouse personnel Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Collaborate with leadership to support company growth and operational scaling Qualifications Shipping, logistics, warehouse, or operations management experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience with freight coordination, inventory systems, and shipping software Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume fulfillment environments preferred Details Competitive pay: $20-$35/hr (higher compensation for those applying with relevant experience) Full-time stable position with advancement opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off & holidays Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a real impact in a growing operation
