Job Description:
This is a less food procurement and more developing a S&OP within Store Dev. They've called the role "Supply Chain Store Development S&OP & Inventory Management Lead" and is more execution in nature. Support launch processes, readiness, and execution of activities to successfully deliver Uplift SKUs into the? supply chain of our store development partners. Develop short (0-13 week), mid (3 months to 2 year), and long term (2+ year) supply and demand plans (units and cubic capacity) and facilitate the discussion on regional distribution and transportation capacity needs. Lead process and performance management to maintain healthy channel inventory levels and optimize inventory availability within region Manage inventory availability risks in region through proactive analysis of demand/supply information, providing guidance to regional availability prioritization and allocations and ensuring timely execution of partner and management decisions Provide direction on lifecycle and channel inventory policies and processes across segments and geographies Manage and monitor category supply metrics at regional level Drive, own and facilitate relevant forums, artefacts and communications
Daily Responsibilities:

Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely with nearly all levels of the organization (verbally & written), particularly with storytelling for decisions Strong ability to lead large multi-level, cross-functional meetings, facilitating for clarity and accountability Strong ability to connect the dots, challenge the status quo, and anticipate leader &/or XF concerns Strong ability to identify, manage and analyze data, metrics, and KPIs that drive business results Ability to project manage, track progress, & move teams to complete goals Experience managing complex customer relationships & influencing skills Experience managing workload with dynamic, competing priorities Experience managing supply chain planning, forecasting, & inventory or portfolios Experience leading change management Experience with process development, optimization, and implementation Skilled at building relationships & trust for action Skilled at managing consensus, conflict resolution, & escalation Proactive & organized Keen critical thinking with the ability to flex between strategic and tactical scope, connecting themes, insights, & opportunities Understanding of supply chain, business, & operations Working knowledge of
