Commercial Materials Manager The Commercial Materials Manager executes purchasing decisions based on market conditions, manages supplier relationships, and resolves related issues. Critical aspects of this position involve maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, and fiscal year procedures. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, on-time delivery, support, availability, and other factors relevant to the organization Execute stock replenishment while making buying decisions based on current market conditions with respect to quantities, order minimums or prepaid terms and mode of transportation. Communicate with suppliers concerning order priority, status, and delivery.
