Supply Chain Manager

Description We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager for an Oconomowoc, Wisconsin area organization. In this role, you will oversee and optimize supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency across logistics, procurement, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery schedules.
• Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely and accurate purchase requests and supplier negotiations.
• Optimize global supply chain activities, ensuring seamless coordination across international operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize overstock and shortages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with organizational goals.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to supply chain operations.
• Lead initiatives to enhance supplier relationships and improve service levels.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, with expertise in logistics and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of global supply chain operations and best practices.
• Proficiency in analyzing supply chain data and implementing improvements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to supply chain and logistics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
