In this position, you will work alongside our successful Parts team to help lead the team to success! This is a full-time position that will normally require working Monday-Friday. Responsibilities Responsible for managing inventory based on demand and cost targets. Must have knowledge of stock - control systems so that they can effectively record and analyze the movement of parts. Must also maintain accurate records of parts replaced under warranty and details of faulty parts. Work closely with Service Manager to ensure parts are to the technicians timely Hire, train, and monitor parts department staff Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments Create pricing guidelines for customer categories Monitor and adjust inventory Guarantee all parts are properly tagged Supervise stock order procedures Enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience with auto parts sales, required Previous Leadership experience Have the ability to lift occasionally 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Strong organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic Automotive & Technical knowledge is required Excellent customer service experience Strong communication skills Organized and friendly personality Demonstrated ability to manage others Time management skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Team oriented and self-motivated Able to work with little supervision Clean driving record and valid driver's license Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
