What We Offer Medical, Dental & Vision 401K Plan with match Short and Long Term Disability Voluntary Supplemental Life insurance (employee, spouse children) Paid time off and vacation Discounts on products Responsibilities Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff Maintain inventory consistent with the requirement for the various departments Create pricing guidelines for customer categories Monitor inventory for accuracy Guarantee all parts are properly tagged Supervise stock order procedures Work closely with the service manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed Provides technical assistance when necessary Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Enforce safety requirements Maintain a professional appearance Create a yearly budget and plan to ensure department profitability Implement department efficiencies Qualifications 3 to 5 years prior managerial experience Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively manger time Proven follow-up and organizational skills Ability to read, analyze and interpret written information and instructions Superior communication and customer service skills.
