Job Description

What You Will Need:
Education Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree or MBA preferred. Experience Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in purchasing, supply chain, materials management, or related operational leadership required. Minimum of 5 years of direct management experience in a health care, medical device, or similarly complex operational environment required. Experience leading large teams and complex cross-functional operations required. Experience with purchasing systems, ERP platforms, supplier management, contract negotiation, inventory management, and financial analysis strongly preferred. Health care supply chain, sterile processing, logistics, or materials management leadership experience strongly preferred. Certification Certified Purchasing Manager certification preferred. Skills and Abilities Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with confidence, urgency, and sound judgment. Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of purchasing, supply chain, logistics, inventory control, contract management, and vendor relationship management. Excellent analytical, financial, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to lead through influence across departments, service lines, and senior leadership groups. Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly, professionally, and effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and online purchasing, inventory, or ERP systems.
