• Roles and Responsibilities
• + Deliver on KPI's around cost out, payment terms, risk, contracts, rationalization, and strategy + Lead supplier annual negotiations, RFI/RFP execution and work cross functionally on design change ideas + Create and execute category strategy for sub-technologies & supply base working with GEHC Component Engineering.

+ Provide Industry Market Intelligence based on analysis of lead indices. + Support quality and fulfillment business needs as they arise + Ability to work cross functionally on projects, support NPI's or other initiatives within the business or across global supply chain

• Required Qualifications
• + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management + Minimum 7 years experience in Engineering, Sourcing, Operations or Supply Chain
• Desired Characteristics
• + Excellent business/financial acumen, ability to act as business + partner through horizontal teams with the abilityto influence and drive change in a collaborative and effective way.

+ Ability to drive long strategic partnerships with suppliers and demonstrated experience in optimizing supplier base performance-Cost, Cash, Strategy, Quality, Fulfillment, and Contract. + Ability to work effectively with cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams. + Electronic Component Sourcing or Component Engineering experience. + Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. + Established project management skills. \#LI-VS1 We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
