Full-Time Are you a strong leader with a passion for helping others and ensuring programs run smoothly? ABC Traffic Programs is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to oversee office operations, staff management, and client services in compliance with State and County regulations. As a Program Supervisor, you will: Lead and support office staff, ensuring high-quality program operations. Oversee compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 9, and Health & Safety Code. Manage client services, case management, group counseling, and educational sessions. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff while fostering a professional and supportive environment. Monitor office performance, submit reports, and collaborate with Corporate Management to improve outcomes. Represent ABC Traffic Programs with professionalism when working with courts, clients, and community partners. What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Experience in alcohol and drug treatment or recovery services (required). Active Registration/Certification as SUDC (required). At least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred but not required) Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems. You will be scheduled for full-time hours within business hours, but must be available during all business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-7:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-1:00 PM), when mandatory overtime is needed to ensure full office coverage.
