Job Description
FedEx contractor looking for a Delivery Driver out of the Fresno terminal. You arrive at the Fresno terminal at 8:30 and finish loading/organizing the truck for the days route. Dispatch to route in the Visalia area. Scan packages and make deliveries to residential and businesses once route is complete return to Fresno Terminal. Previous Employed driving experience preferred Must be over 21 - alcohol deliveries Delivery days are 7 days a week The driver shifts are 5 days a week End of November thru December all drivers work 6 days a week Some days require Overtime Must be able to deliver packages up to 150lbs with hand truck Able to drive a Large Package Van in a Safe Manner Must be respectful to customers along with fellow employees Physically be able to get in/out of a truck up to 175 times a day Physically be able to handle Central Valley Heat during the summers Able to pass a DOT exam Able to pass drug screening. The job is under the Federal Motor Carriers rules which DOESN'T allow any drug use including marijuana. Clean DMV record, some infractions allowed Background check is required
