Learn more at www.officelibations.com The Role As our Day Route Manager, you'll lead our front-line delivery team — the face of our brand at every client site. You'll combine team leadership, client relationship management, and hands-on operations in a role where your decisions directly shape service quality and team growth. Route & Client Operations Prepare daily route schedules and communicate changes to the team Conduct regular client site visits to ensure satisfaction and retention Work directly with clients on service needs and relay changes to the delivery team Uphold merchandising standards so every client space looks picture-perfect Develop account-level sales plans and track performance metrics Step in to run routes when needed — you lead from the front Team Leadership & Development Run weekly 1:1s with your direct reports — coaching, feedback, and support Set clear expectations and measurable goals, and hold the team accountable Lead performance evaluations and individual development plans Identify skill gaps and close them through training, coaching, and mentorship Address performance issues promptly and professionally Help us grow leaders — we promote from within and you'll drive that pipeline Who You Are Our core values aren't wall art — they're how we operate every day. Qualifications 1-2+ years in a customer service or field operations role; route management or delivery leadership experience strongly preferred 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license with a clean driving record; able to pass background and MVR checks Able to consistently lift 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or equivalent experience welcome
Schedule & Compensation Salary:
$70,000/year + performance-based bonuses and incentives
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, day shift starting at 5:00 AM (10-hour shifts)
