The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. Must have active C.N.A license!!!! Responsibilities Coordinate transportation schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Communicate with drivers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise. Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to residents as needed. Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance, and compliance documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to align transportation needs with overall business objectives. Analyze transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement in logistics processes. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in transportation operations. Qualifications Proven experience in transportation coordination or logistics management is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with various residents. Proficiency in using transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in the transportation industry is a plus. A valid driver's license may be required depending on the specific needs of the role.
