Is highly organized, proactive, and able to balance daily execution with long term planning. Communicates clearly, giving direct and constructive feedback, and builds trust with drivers, peers, and customers. Enjoys problem solving, coaching, and creating efficiencies in a dynamic environment. Has a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. About the Role The Delivery Manager oversees all delivery operations for Elite Brands of Colorado, ensuring our routes run efficiently, our drivers feel supported, and our customers receive exceptional service. You'll manage route planning, staffing, vehicle maintenance coordination, and day to day delivery execution while fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is a full time, on site leadership role that requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to adapt quickly as the day unfolds. Snapshot of What You'll Do Route Planning — Build efficient daily routes, balance loads, limit miles/hours, evaluate route structure quarterly, and maintain routing tables. Driver Leadership — Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and support drivers; lead quarterly driver meetings; provide daily supervision and feedback. Daily Delivery Oversight — Manage real time delivery issues, partner with customers, and ensure high quality service throughout the day. Driver Check In — Review end of day issues, document concerns, coach on mistakes, and escalate when needed. Vehicle Maintenance Coordination — Oversee monthly vehicle checks, track maintenance logs, and plan for equipment needs. DOT Compliance — Stay current on federal regulations, maintain DVIR/log books, and keep training materials updated. About the Work Environment You'll split time between office and warehouse environments, regularly working around moving equipment, outdoor weather, and moderate noise. Physical activity is part of the job—you'll walk, stand, climb, kneel, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
