Traffic Control Supervisor - Northern Colorado NOCO Barricade, Inc Greeley, CO Job Details Full-time From $25 an hour 13 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Outdoor work Team leadership Driver's License Mentoring Traffic control for work zones Leadership Full Job Description Job Overview NOCO Barricade Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Traffic Control Supervisor in Northern Colorado to lead field crews and ensure the safe and efficient setup of traffic control equipment at job sites. If you're a natural leader with strong knowledge of MUTCD standards and a commitment to safety, we'd love to hear from you! We also welcome Traffic Control Supervisors who are eager to receive additional training and continue developing their skills. Duties Supervise and coordinate traffic control crews Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and traffic control plans Conduct site assessments and make adjustments as needed Train and mentor new team members Maintain accurate records and reports of job site activity Direct and manage traffic flow in and around construction sites to ensure safety for workers and the public Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate activities and minimize disruptions Conduct regular inspections of work zones to ensure compliance with safety regulations Maintain clear communication with team members regarding traffic patterns and site conditions Capable of lifting 50 lbs Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and environmental irritants Frequent presence around moving vehicles and active traffic control zones May be exposed to extreme conditions commonly found on construction job sites Noise levels can be loud due to machinery, equipment, and ongoing roadwork activities Experience Valid Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification (ATSSA/CCA) Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic control or related field Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development A dynamic and supportive work environment Commitment to safety and excellence Community oriented company - Women and Veteran Owned Equal Opportunity Employer Step up your career and make a difference, apply today to become a Traffic Control Supervisor with NOCO Barricade Inc!
