Description:
Full-Time We are one of the nation's premier ground transportation providers for airline crews, delivering safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for pilots and flight attendants during their layover periods across dozens of cities. Our operation plays a critical role in supporting airline operations, and we take pride in delivering service excellence every day. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are seeking a driven, hands-on leader to manage transportation station operations and personnel. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all operational activities and personnel assigned to transportation services dispatched from the station. Ensure all transit routes, schedules, and service commitments are met with precision and consistency. Supervise, recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate station staff to maintain high performance and service standards. Oversee driver scheduling and continuously adjust staffing based on demand, flight activity, and real-time operational needs. Work closely with dispatch to proactively avoid service disruptions and efficiently resolve any operational issues. Investigate, document, and submit reports related to vehicle accidents, incidents, and maintenance requirements. Conduct regular on-site vehicle inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance standards are met. Assist with budget management and financial reporting for station operations. Oversee, complete, and follow up on all disciplinary actions and performance management at the station level. Attend all required management and leadership meetings and actively contribute to operational improvements. Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local transportation laws and regulations. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of five (5) years of experience in transportation, with management experience strongly preferred. Proven experience supervising transportation staff and managing daily operations. Strong working knowledge of Federal, State, and local transportation regulations. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must possess a current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience operating shuttles, buses, passenger vans, or vehicles for hire is preferred. Ability to conduct on-site work, including working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must have full dexterity of hands and legs to safely perform job functions. Must be able to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to communicate with passengers, understand traffic signs, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports accurately.
