This includes daily order routing, carrier management, DOT compliance, setting freight rates, acquiring new carriers. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of finished goods and raw materials while maintaining high standards of food safety, regulatory compliance, customer service, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Transportation Operations & Fleet Management Oversee daily routing, scheduling, and dispatch of Class A drivers and third-party carriers. Direct yard flow, trailer staging, and freezer logistics for inbound and outbound efficiency. Ensure timely, accurate delivery of customer orders across all sales channels. Arrange warehouse logistics, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments. Safety & Regulatory Compliance Lead efforts to achieve zero injuries and maintain 98% of orders shipped in full
