$52,000 yearly About the Role Are you a self-motivated individual who loves being on the move, meeting new people, and driving your own success? We are looking for a powerhouse Route Sales & Delivery Manager to take charge of our local territory. In this role, you won't just be driving a route—you will be the face of our business. You will manage the entire lifecycle of our client relationships, safely delivering high-quality automotive batteries to established accounts while actively hunting for new sales opportunities to grow your territory and increase your paycheck.
Key Responsibilities Delivery & Logistics:
Safely transport, load, and unload automotive batteries to commercial accounts (auto shops, dealerships, retail stores) along a designated daily route.
Sales & Account Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, check inventory levels, and upsell products.
Territory Growth:
Actively prospect and pitch new businesses within your route to expand our customer base.
Inventory & Core Management:
Keep an accurate count of truck inventory, collect and document "core" (used) batteries for return, and handle invoices and payments accurately.
Customer Service:
Provide top-tier, reliable service that keeps our customers choosing us over the competition. What We Are Looking For This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role that requires a relentless work ethic. •
The Ultimate Hustler:
Highly motivated, self-driven, and hungry to hit sales goals.
Heavy Lifter:
Ability to consistently lift and move batteries weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
Clean Driving Record:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history (CDL is a plus, but not required depending on vehicle size).
Sales Savvy:
Previous experience in route delivery, route sales, or B2B sales is highly preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are key.
Strong Communicator:
