Park & Ride Operations Staff - 2026 FIFA World Cup at Hard Rock Stadium GETZ Transport Solutions Miami Gardens, FL Job Details Temporary | Contract $22 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Cash handling Full Job Description Position Overview GETZ Transport Solutions is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to support Park & Ride transportation operations for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida . Team members will assist with the management and coordination of shuttle bus operations transporting guests to and from designated Park & Ride locations serving one of the world's largest sporting events. This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes of a global event while gaining valuable experience in transportation logistics, event operations, guest services, and large-scale mobility management. Perfect for students and early-career professionals seeking flexible event-based work, resume-building experience, and networking opportunities within the sports and live events industry. Responsibilities Personnel may assist with a variety of operational functions including: Managing daily operations at assigned Park & Ride shuttle locations Assisting guests with boarding and unloading shuttle buses safely and efficiently Supporting bus staging, loading zones, and passenger queue management Monitoring passenger flow and communicating operational updates to supervisors and dispatch personnel Assisting with traffic flow and ingress/egress operations at shuttle locations Providing directions and professional customer service to guests attending FIFA World Cup matches Supporting ADA accessibility compliance and passenger assistance operations Assisting with setup and breakdown activities at assigned transportation sites Coordinating with transportation supervisors, security personnel, and event operations staff Helping maintain safe and organized transportation operations throughout event days What You'll Gain Experience working a major international sporting event Exposure to large-scale transportation and mobility operations Hands-on operational and event management experience Networking opportunities with experienced event operations professionals Resume-building experience for careers in: Sports Management Event Operations Hospitality Transportation & Logistics Public Safety & Emergency Management Qualifications Previous experience in transportation operations, events, hospitality, parking, or guest services is preferred but not required Bilingual is a plus Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in cash handling and ticketing systems is advantageous Lifeguard experience or certifications are a plus, demonstrating safety awareness and emergency response skills Working with children or public speaking experience can enhance your ability to engage diverse audiences Background in food service or resort hospitality can provide valuable customer interaction skills Ability to stand, walk extensively, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions for long periods Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-attendance event environments Ability to follow operational procedures and safety guidelines This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to contribute to a once-in-a-lifetime sporting event!
