We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced individual to step into a leadership role. This is a unique opportunity to grow with us as we prepare to open additional warehouse locations. Position Overview We are looking for a Lead Driver / Warehouse Supervisor — someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and still get out on the road. This is a Player/Coach role. You will help sort and organize packages starting at 5:00 AM sharp AND run your own delivery route each day. This position comes with higher pay than a standard driver and is a stepping stone into a full management role as we expand. This is a 5:00 AM position. Key Responsibilities Report to the warehouse every morning at 5:00 AM sharp to begin sorting and organizing packages Record and log all packages and stops accurately with good, legible handwriting Help coordinate driver assignments and route breakdowns before routes begin Complete your own daily delivery route Ensure all deliveries are executed correctly — accurate photos, proper placement, safe driving Communicate clearly with the owner regarding daily operations, issues, and updates Help train new drivers as the team grows Maintain a positive, professional attitude and lead the team by example Deliver in the following areas: Graniteville, North Augusta, Beech Island, Clearwater, and Aiken, SC Requirements Must have your own reliable vehicle Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to start at 5:00 AM — no exceptions Must be a morning person — punctual and ready to work from the moment you arrive Must be dependable and self-motivated — we need someone we can count on every single day Must be able to take direction and follow instructions from ownership Must be able to accept constructive criticism and use it to improve Good handwriting — accurate package logging is required Strong communication skills — written and verbal Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong organizational skills Smartphone required for delivery app and communication Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience a plus What We Offer Higher pay rate than standard drivers Growth opportunity into a full management/supervisor role Be a key part of a growing company expanding to multiple locations Consistent work schedule Supportive team environment with hands-on ownership Who We Are Looking For We need someone who: Is at work at 5:00 AM — not 5:01 Is a self-starter who does not need to be micromanaged Communicates well and listens to instructions Can handle feedback professionally and grow from it Takes pride and ownership in their work every single day Wants to build a future with a growing company If that is you — we want to hear from you!
