Fleet Manager (English / Ukrainian/Russian )

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Manager to join our team and oversee the efficient management of our fleet operations. As a Fleet Manager at OCMC Trucking Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring the smooth running of logistics, maintenance, and driver management. You will play a key role in optimizing fleet performance and contributing to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring optimal performance and safety of all vehicles. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan. Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement and cost savings. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding fleet operations. Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards. Oversee the acquisition of new vehicles and disposal of old ones as needed. Train and supervise staff involved in fleet operations, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role within transportation or logistics. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and regulations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with drivers, vendors, and management. Ability to analyze data related to fleet performance and make informed decisions. A valid CDL A is a plus.
